How to create NTSC DVD?

Step1. Install VSO ConvertXtoDVD.
After you successfully get the Free download version of VSO ConvertXtoDVD online, install it on your PC. Before buy it, you can have a try with the trail version. If you want to buy it, double click the "Buy"button, the order page will direct you to order it.

step2. Run ConvertXtoDVD.
When opening ConvertXtoDVD, double click the "try " button to enter the main interface of ConvertXtoDVD.

Step3. Add PAL DVD file to VSO ConvertXtoDVD.
Add the PAL DVD file(s) you want to convert, by simply clicking the "Add" button or via "File" - > Add video file:

Once your video has been added, it will appear in the project tree as Titleset. Notice that whenever you add a video, the “conversion advisor” on the bottom left will display the expected quality of the output.
Note: The Conversion Advisor is exclusively based on the total time duration of the files added.

Step4. Setting.
Set output DVD format. Click setting button on the right of VSO ConvertXtoDVD or click "Settings" menu to active setting dialog. Choose "TV Format" setting.

Choose NTSC(US, Asia), so as to output NTSC DVD. You also can set other options, like Burning, Subtitles, Audio, Encoding, Video processing, Sound events, General, Language, Chapters and Menu.

Step5: Click "Convert" to convert PAL DVD to NTSC DVD.
Convert PAL DVD to NTSC DVD. Click "Convert" button or select convert from Action menu. When the conversion is end, you can save NTSC DVD to your hard disc by click File > Project > Save project. You also can burn NTSC DVD to DVD disc by insert a blanc DVD disc to burner.
